1. Return Eligibility

At ashanim.com, returns are only accepted if there is a problem with the product, including:

• Defective or damaged item upon delivery
• Wrong item, size, or color sent
• Item not as described on the product page

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at support@ashanim.com. Your email should include:

• Order number
• Clear photos or video of the product issue
• A brief explanation of the problem

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The item must not be used or washed
• It must be returned in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact
• You must return the item within 3 working days after we approve your return request

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

• We will inspect the returned item upon receipt
• Once confirmed, a refund will be issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Note: If the item is found to be free of defects or problems, it will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

4. No Change of Mind Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection (size/color), or buyer’s remorse. Please review all product details and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
